## Key takeaways

- As of Nov. 1, 2026, Netflix's U.S. November list runs from library movies on Nov. 1 to The Hunchback, Soul of Paris on Nov. 27.
- Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 26, brings The Hunting Wives Season 2; The Mosquito Bowl arrives Nov. 25, according to Netflix's Tudum list.
- Black Doves Season 2 is Nov. 5, Heartland is Nov. 13, The Altruists is Nov. 19 and Steps is Nov. 20.
- Tudum lists dates only, not times, and Cunk on Cinema's reported Nov. 15 date is not on that list.

As of Nov. 1, 2026, Netflix's U.S. calendar for November opens with a library drop today and builds toward Thanksgiving week, when The Hunting Wives returns on Nov. 26 and the French drama The Hunchback, Soul of Paris arrives on Nov. 27. The dates below come from the lineup Netflix published on its Tudum site on Oct. 31. Netflix does move titles around, so check the title page the week you plan to watch.

## What is coming to Netflix in November 2026?

Netflix's own November list leads with Steps, The Body, Possible Love, a new season of The Hunting Wives, The Mosquito Bowl, Heartland and the stand-up special Janelle James: How Romantic. Here are the main dates, by day, with the weekday so you can plan around work.

- **Sunday, Nov. 1:** a big batch of licensed movies, including Bridesmaids, Fury, The Day After Tomorrow, The Mummy and The Croods, plus several Christmas-season movies.
- **Tuesday, Nov. 3:** Mike Tyson: Return of the Mike, a one-man show filmed in Hollywood, Florida, and Will Trent Seasons 1 through 4.
- **Wednesday, Nov. 4:** A Dog's Perfect Christmas, from the author of A Dog's Purpose, and the documentary Taken: Natalee Holloway.
- **Thursday, Nov. 5:** Black Doves Season 2 with Keira Knightley and Ben Whishaw, and North of North Season 2.
- **Friday, Nov. 6:** Possible Love, directed by Lee Chang-dong, the filmmaker behind Burning.
- **Tuesday, Nov. 10:** The Devil's Plan Season 3 and Janelle James: How Romantic.
- **Wednesday, Nov. 11:** The Body, a teen horror series set on Halloween night, plus The Gospel of Christmas and Avedon, about photographer Richard Avedon.
- **Thursday, Nov. 12:** The Empress Season 3.
- **Friday, Nov. 13:** Heartland, starring Jessica Chastain as a former country star who returns to Nashville after her niece disappears.
- **Thursday, Nov. 19:** The Altruists, a drama about Sam Bankman-Fried and Caroline Ellison, played by Anthony Boyle and Julia Garner.
- **Friday, Nov. 20:** Steps, an animated comedy with Amanda Seyfried, Ali Wong and Bette Midler.

## What can you watch during Thanksgiving week?

Thanksgiving week is stacked, and the best nights are Wednesday through Friday. The Trials of Karen Read arrives Monday, Nov. 23, and Rob Lowe: The Outsider follows on Tuesday, Nov. 24. The Mosquito Bowl, the World War II drama about four college football stars who enlist in the Marines, lands Wednesday, Nov. 25.

On Thanksgiving Day itself, Thursday, Nov. 26, Netflix lists The Hunting Wives Season 2 along with Fool Night, a sci-fi series about humans turning into plants, and Toos: The Van der Valk Kidnapping, which is inspired by a true 1982 kidnapping. Then on Friday, Nov. 27, the same day as Black Friday, The Hunchback, Soul of Paris arrives. What's on Netflix reports a runtime of 1 hour 43 minutes, and Netflix's own page describes it as a story set in Paris in 1830, as cholera threatens the city, about a hunchback hunted for medical experiments. Netflix released the trailer on Oct. 30.

## What should you watch first?

Our take: start with Black Doves on Nov. 5 if you want something you can finish before the holiday rush, and save Heartland on Nov. 13 for a weekend. The Altruists on Nov. 19 is the one most likely to start arguments, since it dramatizes the real FTX story, and Netflix's own description frames the two leads as idealists. That is Netflix's framing, not ours.

If you only have time for one thing in Thanksgiving week, we would pick the movie. A film that runs under two hours is easier to fit between dinner and dishes than a full season, and The Hunchback comes out the day after the holiday, when most people finally sit down. This is opinion, and it depends on your household's tastes.

## What is leaving Netflix in November?

In a separate Tudum piece dated Oct. 22, Netflix said titles leaving the U.S. service in November include The Resident, The Lost City, The End of the F***ing World, 42: The True Story of an American Legend, American Sniper, Jumanji, Starship Troopers, Speed, Eat Pray Love, Broadchurch and all four seasons of The Big C. The pieces we read did not give a leave date for each title, so if one of them is on your list, watch it early in the month.

## What is confirmed and what is not?

- **Confirmed by Netflix's list:** the dates above for the U.S., the titles, and the descriptions we quote.
- **Not on the list:** times of day. Tudum shows calendar dates only, so we cannot say when a title appears on Nov. 5 or Nov. 26.
- **Reported elsewhere:** Cunk on Cinema is reported for Nov. 15 by Consequence and The Hollywood Reporter, but it does not appear on Tudum's Nov. 15 listing, which shows Insidious and Smile. Treat that date as reported, not confirmed by this list.
- **Still to come:** Netflix's Pride and Prejudice premieres Dec. 3, so it is not part of November.
